Bonjour! I LOVED this episode. Perfect timing to be sure. I experience a lot of functional freeze still even after I got help professionally and from friends and family. That said, I love how you clearly stated what defines functional freeze, gave good examples and then provide a variety of ways to get us on the way to managing this challenge. The one thing I think most people look for is that silver bullet that solves the problem and brings it to an end. But with years of experience I have come to finally accept that as we navigate the challenge of functional freeze, it is a process, it is journey, and we will ebb and flow in our success of overcoming it. I do thank you for bringing this type of challenge into the light. It is very helpful.
Merci
That was so good and very helpful for me. I suffer from all of the things you mentioned.
It will give me some constructive ways to try and get a move on with organizing my closets, clothes etc.
You are very wise for such a young woman. Again thanks for this wonderful blog I truly enjoy it🙋🏻♀️🎈
Excellent podcast on a very timely topic. I went through the functional freeze when I decided to retire from a job that I loved. It has taken a long time to recover, but I am there. I now greet the morning with a smile, and look forward to the day.
Are there any plans to follow up with additional podcasts on this timely topic?
