You have made some very wise and mature decisions by not jumping into the real estate market in France. When we dream, it sounds so easy, but you have spent a lot of time in Paris, and studied what all it takes to maintain to households separated by an ocean.
There is a lot of unrest in the world and laws are changing quickly. If you are to own a property in France the Univers will provide.
