  1. I love your recommendations. I have finally started to live seasonally and accept that this season – Winter – is just a time to slow down, restore my energy and prepare for the year to unfold. One thing I am trying this year is to reduce significantly social media time. When hold up in our homes more, we are more vulnerable to scrolling under the mistaken idea that we are relaxing but we are not. I am finding that I am much more relaxed and at ease and able to recharge more efficiently. Anyway, love your podcasts. Cheers.
