Pear Walnut Crostini with Saffron Honey
Toasted baguette slices topped with fresh ricotta, pear, walnut, and a drizzle of saffron honey.
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 20 slices toasted baguette
- 2 pears cut into thin slices
- 20 walnuts each split in half
- saffron honey to drizzle on top
Smear a little less than a tablespoon of ricotta over each toasted baguette slice.
Top the baguette slices with a pear slice, 2 walnut halves, and a drizzle of saffron honey.
